Shipping Policy

Paid orders that come in before 8AM PST are guaranteed to ship that day (notwithstanding unforseen circumstances). Paid orders that come in between 8AM and 1PM PST will be shipped same-day if possible. Paid orders that come in after the shipping cut-off time of 1PM will be shipped the following business day.

Please note that Xpresspost delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Vapestrong is not responsible for Canada Post shipping delays.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of a pricing error. We do not offer rainchecks for limited-time pricing promotions.


International Shipping

CEV/MV Marketing Corp. is not responsible for shipments that are held or destroyed by customs in your respective country. It is the customers sole responsibility to ensure that the product is a product that is allowed to be shipped into their country. CEV/MV Marketing corp WILL NOT refund any amount for products held or destroyed by customs for reason of denial of entry.  Please note that international shipping methods vary by destination and are subject to change without notice.

All international orders are subject to verification. ORDERS SUSPECTED OF BEING FRAUDULENT WILL BE CANCELED WITHOUT NOTICE AT CEV/MV MARKETING CORPORATION'S SOLE DISCRETION. We will attempt to verify all suspicious orders via telephone prior to shipment. Orders unable to be verified via telephone will be cancelled.

Problems With Shipping?

In the event that your package becomes lost, we will ship a replacement package. If stock to replace your order is no longer available, we will cancel and refund your order. Please note that re-shipments may require signature confirmation or "card-for-pickup" notification to guarantee delivery.
In the event that your package is damaged in transit, we require you to notify us immediately. Photographic proof of damage is required for us to process your claim. VapeStrong (formerly Canadian E-Juice SuperStore) will replace any items damaged in transit. Signature confirmation and proof-of-age may be implemented as policy in order to comply with proposed legislation.

CEV/MV MARKETING CORPORATION is NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure you submit the correct address for your package to arrive.

C.O.D. (collect-on-delivery) shipping is not available. Courier service not available at this time.

Return Policy

All of our products are considered consumable items and are under warranty ONLY if defective when received. You must contact us by email or by phone and inform us of the problem within 48 hours. We will replace any broken part (except atomizers & cartomizers) free of charge. If your defective part is a battery, we require that you mail it back to us so we can get credit from the factory. We will cover the shipping charges.

CEV/MV MARKETING CORP does not provide a warranty against misuse, either intentional or unintentional, of our electronic cigarette parts after purchase. CEV/MV is not responsible for damage caused to our electronic cigarette parts as the result of wrong usage, including exposure to moisture, high pressure and extreme heat or cold, repeated dropping on hard surfaces, attempts to disassemble any part, or any other use of the part that is not considered normal, general usage.

Cartomizers, atomizers and cartridges are considered consumable items and cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons. E-Juice is considered a consumable item and cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons.

Return Policy Update, July 2017:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at with details of the product and the defect. We generally do not require defective merchandise to be returned, however this is determined on a case-by-case basis. Upon receipt of the returned product, or any other verification in lieu thereof, we will make a determination as to the situation and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, as to whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Legal Information

We are not licensed physicians. Electronic cigarettes are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease nor are they being promoted as a smoking cessation device. By purchasing these products, you agree to use them at your own risk. Under no circumstances will CEV be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused in connection with the use of, or reliance on, any product on this site.
